Kotare Park, Cambridge - Waikato

This new build was constructed with SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels) for extra energy efficiency. We handled the 40-degree pitch in Gull Grey 0.55-gauge long run roofing, resulting in a sharp and modern finish.

Raglan - New Zealand

Our team was on site in Raglan for this new build, handling both the roofing and cladding in a modern Slate colour. The addition of natural cedar detailing really sets this home apart, giving it warmth and character alongside its clean architectural lines. We worked in close coordination with the builders to achieve a seamless finish, carefully matching materials and profiles for a polished look throughout. Even at this stage, it’s clear how the finished deck and landscaping will elevate the overall design. It’s always satisfying to see our craft come to life in homes like this – and we’re looking forward to seeing it all completed soon.

For this project in Hamilton, we installed 0.40 gauge trim rib roofing in Flax Pod, including roofing, cladding, flashing, and fascia for a complete exterior package.

Lake Karapiro, Cambridge - Waitako

Set within the scenic surrounds of Lake Karapiro, this impressive 626 square metre Cambridge home features a carefully installed roof by our team. We added a robust RV10P vented ridge system for effective airflow, helping control moisture throughout the property. The Flax Pod colour in 0.55 gauge roofing was chosen for both style and lasting strength. Every aspect, from ventilation to the final fixings, was handled with attention to detail, reflecting the reliable workmanship and healthy living standards Level Up Roofing brings to every project.

Te Awamutu - Waikato

We completed the roofing, gutters, and downpipes on this beautiful home extension using 0.40 gauge Colorsteel® Corrugated Iron in the colour Ironsand — a classic Kiwi favourite. We also installed quarter-round gutters in matching Ironsand for a clean, seamless look, and completed the shed roofing and cladding to tie everything together perfectly.
